If he is at all competent he can sign anything he wants to. If not they are committing fraud and elder abuse. Contact an attorney in your area with specialty in Elder Care

Are you both the medical and financial PoA for the 95-yr old? What "finances" did they sign over? Are you saying some other family member is now his financial PoA? Your post isn't really clear and more info would be helpful.

You can find an attorney who specializes in financial elder abuse online. You will need definitive facts and evidence. Start with a consult to see if you even have a case that can be brought forward. Good luck!
