He is also very lethargic during the day, and his bi-pap makes a funny "almost llke snoring" sound at @ 4 am for the past two nights and lasts 20 min.. I think maybe something is wrong with it. Should I wake him up when it happens? (Having one less to care for is great for me though)

The doctor stopped one of his newer meds and his blood pressure gradually has come back to normal. Thanks everyone for your help

You need more information! Call your CPAP company about his breathing and take him to his doctor about his blood pressure.

Call the company who put in the CPAP and tell them what you described, and call his doctor for a checkup. There could be a many reasons for a rise in blood pressure. Don't play doctor unless you are one.

Take him to his primary care physician. Don't play doctor. Get a proper diagnoses.

For high blood pressure I take Citrate Magnesium 400mg daily. My advice is to read Krispin's Pages UPDATE Magnesium

No don't wake him, but discuss this with the guy who adjusts the settings on the bi-pap.
