Oh MissBordeaux, that is a bit much. I hope I understand correctly. Health aides and pca's are not allowed and for good reason. When my father was dealing with a catheter, hospice nurses and regular home health nurses stated daily care responsibility is on caregiver. The exceptions were if the patient pulled the catheter out causing problems and to swap catheter out once a month in his case. My heart goes out to you and your husband.
