They are giving him drugs not sure what but today they called and said he fell and since I live 140 miles aways and they don't tell me too much is there anythings I can do, as he is not eating now and was not like this when they took him in. They said he refuses the drugs and they have to use the needle and it makes him worse than he ever was.

In the later stages of Alzheimer's the patient may have to be medicated by injection. Eventually he has trouble eating and may refuse that too. It's not that they are making him worse, but the disease is progressing. Time is short, you know that. The best they can do is keep him safe and try to keep him comfortable as Heaven's gate draws closer.
