Have you ever personally taken care of anyone with dementia or ALZ? This will go a long way in understanding, planning and running an effective enterprise (and not to mention credibility with clients).

Well.....

First you need to develop a business plan. What are the state's licensing standards? Where is an available facility? Are the entrances, doorways and bathrooms ADA friendly? If not, how much will it cost to remodel the facility? Will that be included in the lease? Will you shield your personal assets with a LLC? What services will be provided? Who is and how much does an attorney cost? How will you find qualified attendants? What will you do when one or more attendants calls in sick? or quits without notice? How to manage/provide required food? How many attendants to attendees? Handling payroll and billing? Funding startup costs? Will attendees be required to have a certain level of mobility? Continence?
