Yes, Garden Artist! The concierge service given in all 5 Star hotels, with this kind of VIP treatment, no one would be needing a doctor, imo.

Kim, as you referring to the VIP doctor program where a patient pays a yearly fee in order to be with a certain VIP doctor? This program is good for those who can afford the annual fee, as the doctor will spend an hour with you on an appointment, and you have 24 hour access to that doctor, etc. Can do even telephone appointments regarding meds and how you are doing, etc. The wellness exams include a hearing test, memory test, BMI regarding weight and muscle mass, quick eye test, etc.

If this is the VIP program you are referring to, you don't need to be evaluated, you just need to have the means to pay the annual fee. And if there is an opening with the doctor you prefer. Some doctors have met their yearly number of clients and won't take any more.
