I found my group at the local hospital. It is thru Coast Caregiver Resource Center, a program of Cottage Hospital up in Santa Barbara, CA. We meet once a month but they have other groups for those caretaking people with dementia or Alzheimers. Try your Area Agency on Aging, they have alot of information. My group is facilitated by a professional, she keeps it on track, we all get to share and and people who live locally share their insights to everything from local services they have used to the problems we all encounter. In fact, this is how I found this forum! The very best of luck, there is help in your area!
Google. Call Community Center in your town/city. Call one of the larger churches with multiple ministries. Look in Penny Saver, inside second page. That's a start.
