My parents have been severely immobile for last year and get home health. They do not qualify for Medicaid. My co workers mom was not immobile 5 years agonand also only had Medicare and received free monthly shipments at her house 5 years ago. She gave us some left over boxes and is surprised I haven't been able to get that service. Anyone know if rules changed over last few years for diapers? My parents get catheters and diabetes supplies but diapers are getting very expensive for both of them.

Typically, the supplier automatically deducts your payment or co-payment via a debit or credit card. My guess is that she was in fact paying for the supplies, but someone else handled the bills. For my MIL, I did have depends sent to her monthly.

As Freqflyer's link shows, supplies for incontinence aren't covered by Medicare. However, they may be supplied through hospice, perhaps your coworker's Mom was on hospice or medicaid. You might check with local food pantries to see if they have any. And sometimes thrift shops have packages that people donate when they no longer need them.
