How may I get paid for in home care of a good friend?

She has Medicaid, Humana, Medicare and Social Security.

Your friend can have a caregiver agreement drawn up and pay you herself. Nevada medicaid uses a waiver for home care services, she may or may not be able to get a waiver, just keep mind you’ll be paid minimum wage for a few hours a week. Medicare will not pay you.
