What state are you in? In California we have In-Home Support Services(IHSS). If your mom qualifies, you can be paid to be her caregiver but they will not pay for the cost of moving back home.
Very few states have any assistance for paying caregivers. If your parents can afford to pay you, you should see an attorney and have a caregiver support agreement put in place. You might be better off not giving up your job and benefits and find paid care for your parents.
