I have read all the information about filing a Restricted Application for Social Security Spousal Benefits and excluding my own RIB so that it will be higher when I switch over at age 70. How exactly do I express that? There is no place on the application to say it is "Restricted". Thank you

Tom, I am moving your question closer to the front page. Hopefully a caregiver who is familiar with your question regarding Social Security can answer your question.
