My friend is retired and can’t work due to medical issues. Her husband just died and now has lost $350.00 a month in income. She is sitting in a very cold house because she can’t afford fuel oil. I am very worried for her.
Have her call the national energy assistance referral program 1-866-674-6327 they will help her find the local low income energy office in her areas that office is who she needs to contact for help.
