My daughter has a SNT due to birth injury settlement. Would like to use trust to buy her housing and not lose SS/SSI benefits. Suggestions,we live in RI. Thanks
You will need a VERY specialized attorney. Google Special Needs Trust in R.I. and you will see firms that advertise that they do this work. From there, you can 'ask others for references'. Good luck
