Click on your avatar (the F in a circle) on the upper right. Select Profile. Select Settings. Then below that select Subscriptions. You should be able to change your preferences there.
Our admins are revamping the system which is going to take a bit of time, and apparently some of the buttons aren't working all of the time and all of the buttons aren't working some of the time. So push that a few times.
Not clear to me if you wish to avoid just the daily updates to your email or if you wish to exit the site itself, but if you close your account the emails won't show anymore. At least that's what happened for me recently when I closed my account for a bit.
Do know if you close your account itself, and wish to return, you will need permission of the admins to do so. Good luck to you.
