Click on your avatar on the upper left, then select profile. Across the top of your profile page select setting, then scroll through and uncheck boxes for things you don't want. Remember to save your changes.

But can you explain why you are feeling burnt out? I think being overwhelmed by too many e-mails is one of the symptoms of burnout. Especially if you are receiving 'notifications' along with the email.
