Find Care & Housing
Does your mother already have a lawyer who maybe has prepared her will?

Is your mother capable of understanding what it means to give someone durable and medical power of atty or has a doctor determined she is not able to conduct her business in a business like manner? If she is not capable, then POA is not an option.

Is your mother willing to give you or someone in your family these two important and necessary POA's?

If so and you can get her to an atty's office, then make an appointment and make sure the atty. has someone in their office who can notarize your mom's signature.

I hope this helps.
