Thank you for your reply. No, it's not that easy. Dealing with Israel is very difficult. The apartment is overseas. It's owned and I have no idea who gets his mail or who even to call...NOR do I trust someone that I hire overseas like a lawyer to help me. I wish it was that simple ):

Hi Desperado, I think you said in another post, that it is like an apartment (or condo). Can you look up the condo association and contact them? Or look up other apartments in the same building as your father's that are for sale and contact the real estate agent to get more info? I hope you're able to straighten it out.
