How do I get a care person to help with mom?

I live 500 miles away and mom is living in a very small town. She insists she needs no help but is falling out in the community and drives when she shouldn't.

Cody, on the right side of the page is a green/blue box that says "Find Care & Housing", click on Home Care, and put in your Mom's zip code. Hopefully info will be available in her area.
