Your County seat should have a VA dept. Call them and see what they can offer. Are his injuries service related. They will want to know when he went in and when he was honorably discharged. If he was in during War time, ask about Aid and Attendance.

Is he on disability with Medicare and Medicaid for health insurance? If so, contact Medicaid and see if he qualifies for homecare.
