I can only afford $120.00 a day. I need someone 3 days a week. It is not a hard job. I need 2 meals a day prepared for me. I am disabled but can do for myself a lot of things. I need someone here in case I fall down. I am unable to walk or stand without help. I am not sick. I would like an older woman on social security who needs to enhance her income. Is that possible? Thank you

Have you considered Meals on Wheels for at least one meal a day? I'm told they bring a lot of food, so many elderly people use that for 2 meals.

Obviously you know how to use the internet. Do you have a smart phone? If so, depending on where you live, food delivery services like Uber Eats and DoorDash might be available.

A better outlet for trying to find a sitter for your situation may be to contact several churches and see if they know any older ladies who may want part time work as a sitter.

You could probably contact a company like Visiting Angels and have someone come in for 4-5 hours a day at $20-25 per hour (I don't think it costs less than that), but they should be able to help you do the things you need help with, especially the meal part.

an older woman probably shouldn’t get you up in case you fall. Consider a Medialert that will call for help 24/7.
