Their care is very limited. Medicaid would be another resource but your parents have to be low income with no assets.

Medicare will cover homebound home HEALTH care if one meets the criteria and has Original Medicare Part B.
This is for the homebound (those who couldn’t leave home on their own) and requires a doctors order.
It doesn’t cover custodial care.

Most supplemental insurance now is in charge of what in home services are required and provided. I would check with the insurance company. Some few seniors still on such policies as United Health without advantage program may still get some Medicare help and that is explained in the yearly Medicare manual or you can call them.
To tell the truth in home help without paying for it? From anyone? Rare as hen's teeth.

Medicare typically does not pay for aides assisting with feeding, toileting or transferring on a daily basis.
