My deemed incompetent parents were just approved for Medicaid and they are quite upset by this. How can I explain so they understand?

Do you have an estate lawyer or a conservatorship that overlooks their monetary issues? Perhaps someone other than yourself can explain it? Sometimes parents don't believe their own children and will listen to an outsider more readily.
