Isn't a PCA someone who carries a certificate? I think it costs 1.5 k to take the course

What do YOU mean by PCA? My google search came up with “Principal Component Analysis in math and data science”, but went on to add options including “Personal Care Assistant”. That doesn’t seem to need an application. You need to explain what you want to know!

OP probably means Personal Care Assistant; maybe OP means assessment which there is one through Medicaid as a waiver depending on OP's state.
