Yes, you need legal advice. If the application hasn't yet gone to court, treat it as an emergency to get in there and be represented. If the guardian has already been appointed, it will be more difficult to oppose.

it is difficult to oppose and I don't know where to start, I know he didn't have it but came up with $32000 to put down on a house, she ask where my jewelry, he said it's gone, her husband left her to be ok when he passed, son said husband gambled all the money away, he didn't gamble, she had extra insurance, now only Medicaid, when I began cleaning her up, she was cruddy, smelled like urine, crust on feet, but I didn't take pictures, she wants to see me, but my other nephew said she is on alot of drugs and doesn't respond, she wasn't like that before, God will have to make away, cause there seems to be no way

Twelve, I don't mean to be rude, but your answers are almost impossible to follow. No lawyer is going to pick this up unless it is a whole lot clearer. Perhaps your best approach would be to go to a community agency that would help you to put together a clear statement - who is who, when and what has happened, who did what, what money is involved etc. No-one can suggest where to start unless they have more information. I can see that this is complicated and that you are a bit out of your depth. See if you can find free help to write it down.
