How do I become my dad's personal care attendant?

My dad has a pca that doesn't do anything for him at all. I do everything for my dad clean up after him, wash his clothes, make his food.

You need to contact his Medicaid caseworker. As long as you aren’t his power of attorney or guardian, you can be his personal attendant.
