Apologies to everyone, cuz I've been trying to reply, or post... & the site seems to feel that a gmail acct is no longer a recognized domain. Wth? I try to respond often, to your heartfelt posts & replies but have been thwarted. Haven't been able to contact administration. Very frustrating.

I too couldn't get it to accept gmail, I went to the email and copied my address that agingcare is sending to, copy and paste, that fixed the problem.

It appears that there is a space added in the address they are using and it is case sensitive.

Hope that works for you. I keep getting logged out but the above makes it less frustrating.

I accidentally bumped log out on my phone and it has been a challenge since.

That’s weird...maybe I should, but I never log out, just close the site.

Logging in definitely has some new glitches.
When there pops up a message preventing me from logging in, it works to wait a few seconds and click on it again.

We were discussing this on the thread "General topics".
The admin responded:

"Thanks for the heads up. Any further details would help. I'm sending it to the tech team now."

The issue seems to have gotten worse, as is often the case before it gets better.

Hang in there Tiger! Try not to take it personal, you are not alone.

My hubs is technical. You cannot rush him. But I can imagine the tech team is scrambling about now, in their own way.

I was complaining about glitches the other day an a bunch of people chimed in to agree they were running into problems also, you might want to contact the admins directly if you're still having problems (About AgingCare at the bottom of the page)

Hi Tiger. Sorry about your problem. No idea why. I hope someone will come along with an answer, or Admin will help you soon. Have you checked to see at what level of security your computer is set? If it is set too high (too restrictive), it could be thinking that AC site is not safe, thus logging you off. Just a guess.
