My mom’s walker is the two plastic wheel type. It wakes us up with the continuous noise. How can we fix this?

If it is the wheels making the noise then WD-40 or White lithium grease should work. These might be a bit messy
Graphite might as well.
If you use any spray make sure it is not on the wheels themselves.
There may be newer wheels made with nylon rather than hard rubber or plastic. These might also have better "inner workings" and might be more quiet.

Put green tennis balls on the front legs.
