How can I get my mom up when she's unconscious cause of her dementia?

I'm going to be blunt, once a person with advanced dementia is on a feeding tube and is unconscious it may be time to prepare yourself that she may not wake up. Let them give her medications to keep her calm and peaceful. Pray with her.
