How can I treat bowel impactions?

I am severely impacted and in a lot of pain. I need to do something but I don't know what.

You cannot treat it. Get to the Emergency Room!

If it was just constipation I'd suggest a stool softener but because you're in a lot of pain I have to go with Babalou and suggest the ER as well.
