How can I take care of myself if I take care of others?

I take care of others because I want to be in their lives. The problem is, I help others but I can't help myself. Example, there was a time when I got injured in athletics. I had an elastic bandage for that things, but where did it go? To the school clinic. After that, I went on throughout the day limping. There was this one day that I had a flu but I still went to school since I had to help one of my friends in doing a project then I took care of my cousin, still with the flu.

JulZve, you're going to have to explain in what sense a person of sixteen is paying for her own high school education as well as that of other family members. Are you living in the USA?
