How can I locate a family member that is in a nursing facility?

My family member was transferred from one facility to another. He is not at the location we were provided. It is the weekend. Any suggestions as to how we can locate him?

The facility he originated from or a family member that may know. Something is not being said so no answer can be helpful I'm afraid.
