Bigchris, the vast majority of grown children do not get paid.... unless one's parent can pay from their own retirement fund. If this is something that your Mom can do, you would need to draw up an employment Agreement.

Otherwise, you could check with your State Medicaid office to see if your Mom could be qualified for Medicaid [which is different from Medicare], and if there is a program that could pay you. Note, the pay would be very minimal.
