If you mean a full time paycheck, no, there is not a way to be paid. If mom is on Medicaid, they might provide an aide a few hours a week, and sometimes the agency will hire a relative to be the aide. Do not, please, do not give up a full time job and sacrifice your future to care for anyone.
If mom needs 24/7 care, her safest choice is a nursing home. That way you can spend quality time with her and not be exhausted from caring for her.
