I saved it for future reference; it's somewhere in the 2 volumes of articles I did save. I'll go through them over the weekend and see if I can find resources, but I've also checked the CURE website and found this:
CURE at one time was an outstanding reference magazine with articles ranging from practical adaptation to new medical developments. It used to be free for cancer patients and their families. You might find it helpful; it helps people realize they're not alone in this unpleasant journey.
