My mom went to the nursing home because of Alzheimer's. How can my father add me to his bank account in case he gets sick too?

Sorry to hear about your mother. You may want to go with your father to his bank to have him add you to his bank accounts. It's also probably a good idea to have him appoint you Power of Attorney.
