How are questions and/ or comments posted?

I've tried to comment or ask questions but they are not posted after I use "post" prompt? caregiver for hubby w/ vascular dementia but can't post comments on any subject.

Nanabinx, usually what I do after hitting the "Post Answer" thingee, I will go up and click on the "refresh" which is C with an arrow... usually on the very top of your page. Anyway, that is what I use with my desk top... don't know if other devices have the same thing.
