I'm a house care taker started when I was 17 years old - 22 years old. The owner of the house gave me my allowance 10,000 pesos. 7,000 is for the bill and 3,000 is for my food. Suddenly I'm not able to pay the bills for about 3 months and they accusing me and convicting as estafa. what can i do ?

can you file for bankruptcy? I am not familiar with what they do in Mexico, but in the US, when people are out of money and the bill collectors try to harass you, the people file for bankruptcy.

Get a lawyer, you will need one. Swindling in Mexico is a serious offense.
