Hospice care re-evaluation?

Under Medicare guidelines a patient under hospice care has to be re-evaluated every 90 Days. If that patient is dropped from hospice care, do they have to go back in the hospital to be covered again when they decline again in order to qualify?

Think of it as "graduating" from Hospice, not being dropped. And no, your LO can be evaluated by hospice at home or in any setting.
