Thank you for responding. Vetted- yep but regulated nope. Case manager is limited with infraction reporting in addition to 'star rating' comments. I WILL find a way to navigate this for other families- it's too stressful. Good weekend to all.

Presumably Medicaid has vetted the agencies they use. Ask Mom's case worker about this.

I was hoping for statements or feedback from former clients or reference re dependability, background checks etc. We have Nursing Home reports but not homecare? Thanks!
