How can I fight this, Our CNA is our lifeline and the only thing good about the Hospice provider chosen. (I was not here when an 78 year old man was tricked into signing a contract with this horrible for profit hospice).

Hummmmm....
Hospice provided my Mom with a CNA visit once a week right up until the final week of life...then it was everyday.

Why was your Mom getting such comprehensive care to begin?
What service does your mom require everyday?

Maybe hire another CNA & pay out of pocket for additional hours?

Or as said above, find another hospice provider.

Many agencies are short staffed and have to cut back so other hospice patients can be cared for as well. This may help soften the blow.

In what way is the CNA your "lifeline"? I am trying to understand this.
