First, I have really no idea on how to handle a 91 year old person, my broker assure me of my safetiness, that's why I grab the offer. My question is on how to manage an old person because he's now changing his attitude, he's now started to show me something or doing something which I really don't like. One time he's starting to put his hands on my laps and most of the time he's telling me stories of his past about his sex life experience and adventures. Please help me to understand my current situation if it's natural to an old person to act such things? Will I just let him do what he wants the fact that he's old already and nothing to be afraid of? Thanks.

Find Care & Housing
He may be confused about why you are there and what your role is or as Beatty says he may just be a creepy old man but either way you do not have to sit quietly and take it. Make it clear this kind of behaviour is NOT okay, tell him this must stop and leave the room if he continues to act inappropriately.

Inappropriate sexual behaviour or attention is never OK. Tell your client firmly "No. Do not touch me" and "I will not listen to talk like that". Put on your best Nurse in Charge type authority voice to do so.

Set the rules & be prepared to state them every time. Eg if you talk like that I will leave the room. If you touch me when I have said no I will leave the room.

Have a safe part of the house to go to to get away.

If a firm no does not stop this behaviour immediately, start looking for another position asap.

Also, report every incident like this to your broker/manager.

Some (not all) elderly people lose their social manners, especially if dementia is making brain changes. He may be suffering dementia or just an old creepy guy. Either way DON'T put up with this.
