My FIL ran an office and when he suffered with dementia, he thought he was still running that office. He would go behind the nurses station and rifle through their papers. They started saving their “junk mail” and meaningless papers for him and gave him a table and chair to sit at to do his “work”. He was happy as a clam. Do you think something like that would work for your husband?
