Home cae agencies provide the type of help you mention. You might make a list of things that you need help with. Then separate them into things that require training for the provider and those that don't . For example: Specialized training isn't required for someone to make you a light meal and clean up the dishes. BUT if you are looking for assistance with showers - that would require some additional help. Ask around in your area. There are often stay at home Moms that would be happy to earn a few dollars while the kids are at school. For more specialized tasks, see what the home care agencies can do for you. I just want to warn you, Private care IS expensive.
