Her roof is falling in and the electrical is a 60 amp meter and it should either be 100 or higher amp meter. I am disabled and help her at home as I live with her at her residence. I am not able to preform the work on either the roof or the electrical as I have a bad heart.
I am attaching below the link to the North East Kansas Area Agency on Aging. They may be able to tell you of any local resources available for your grandmother. I hope this helps to at least get you started and aimed in the right direction.
