Help finding home care for 66yr old senior in San Diego, CA?

My 66yr brother recently retired and needs companion/helper for outside activities and routine errands. He likes anything to do with wildlife, fishing, and local activities.

Start by checking at his local senior center. They can put you in touch with services available to him.
