My mother has Medicaid and needs a hearing aid. How do I find vendors that accept Medicaid?

My mother has both Medicare and Medicaid. When I tried to buy a new hearing aid for her I was told that they do not accept Medicaid. The same thing happened when she needed new glasses !! She cannot afford to but these items.
