Maybe I was not clear. My husband is in a NH for almost two years. I am not looking for what type of dementia...I want to clarify the the phrase "in conditions classified elsewhere without behavioral disturbance"....as I said a second opinion from a healthcare professional, on the interpretation of that phrase

Example: An 87-year-old nursing home patient with Alzheimer's dementia has repeatedly wandered off.

•331.0 Alzheimer's disease
•294.11 Dementia in conditions classified elsewhere with behavioral disturbance
•V40.31 Wandering in diseases classified elsewhere

In this example the Alzheimer's is the "classified elsewhere" condition, as it immediately precedes the other two diagnoses.
