I am a New York City resident and am on HealthFirst NY, which is no-cost; it allows me to see doctors within the city, and through Medicaid I'm covered at pharmacies and hospitals across the country. I get Botox injections for migraines from my local neurologist, and the cost ($1000+) is completely covered by HealthFirst. I need these treatments every three months; my insurance will cover a treatment every 90 days, but I go to school in the Caribbean, and it's nearly $1000 to fly into New York City to see my neurologist. Since it's much cheaper to fly to Miami (or Puerto Rico), I'd like to see if there's a health plan I can switch to that would allow me to see specialists across the country, rather than just within my city/state.

Thanks so much.
