Find Care & Housing
she was very clear about her wishes, helpin...you have the POA, find her a nice nursing home where she is now and don't let the relatives guilt you into letting them take her. If they are like MY relatives, they just want her money and won't be good with her...please follow her directions..she doesn't have anyone else to protect her!

Now they talking about getting guardianship I have had POA for almost three years .in that time my aunt was in the fire during hurricane sandy were she lost everything and the house was demolished. The grandson in jersey can by on spells and the two in the other state just called.within two weeks I had my aunt an apartment in the senior citizens building where she is now .

She will be in a much nicer nursing home on private pay. Find her a nice place that will take private pay and convert to Medicaid when the time comes. Forget what people want to inherit, just take care of your aunt.
Your POA is so you can sign papers on her behalf. It gives you no authority over any grandchildren. It DOES make you accountable for where her money goes and with 3 POA's you must all be in agreement or things get messy.
