If you looking for information, I did some care giving, for an agency. And I think a lot of it has to do with the personality of your loved one and do they fit.
I was sent to this wonderful man's house once, but his wife didn't like me at all. We finally figured out she was jealous. They started sending younger girls there, because she didn't like someone in her 50s in her house, the younger ones where not a threat to her. Not that I was a threat, but in her mind I was.
Some good people just don't fit in your loved ones world.
